- Converted the web front-end of Crow Canyon's Outlook Forms and Exchange-based Help Desk application from basic HTML into a W3C standards-compliant CSS/XHTML application designed to allow ease of customization and integration of additional functionality.

- During 2001-2002 was integral to the development of the initial version Accolo's web application from its beginning; including overall design, use cases, flow charts, mockups, storyboards and prototypes. Developed functional and technical specifications and database requirements. Instrumental in taking the application from vision to reality. Worked directly with CEO to determine needs, specifications, and user interface. In 2003 returned to Accolo to provide technical and customer support including web development and Oracle database maintenance.
- Integrated Accolo web functionality with client websites, adapting it to match customer website layout.
- Created the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association's (RPOA) website; this organization was founded by Accolo's President.

Sun Microsystems - Contract Technical Writer/Editor
- Led team of writers responsible for writing, proofing and editing technical documentation for Sun's manufacturing group, such as process maps, work instructions, test documentation, and end-user documentation.
- Developed an updated set of documentation templates for use by Sun staff and contractors, including new templates developed to meet additional organizational needs.
- Determined and documented optimal technique for the production of final document PDFs, greatly increasing clarity and usability of documentation. These instructions were adopted by Sun for use by internal and contract technical writers.

- Project Manager for a critical benefits enrollment website for two years – successfully completing it each year on time and within budget.
- Managed the web team responsible for building an application that provided the web interface to process new client companies. Worked with different groups throughout the company to identify and evaluate gaps in the required technical and business processes and recommend changes to improve them. Completed the project on time, allowing TriNet to process new clients faster and more accurately and improve customer satisfaction.
- Member of benefits open enrollment team for two years, helping oversee open enrollment web projects throughout the year. Worked closely with Information Systems, PeopleSoft, Marketing, Benefits Management, Human Resource Managers, and others to facilitate communication between groups and determine project strategies.
- Awarded TriNet's BZ Award for outstanding contributions to the company – TriNet's highest honor – for assuming responsibility for a stalled e-commerce website project, bringing it into production in time to meet critical company deadlines.
- Used WebTrends to analyze and report on web usage.

- Rebuilt Venture Talent's company-critical Lotus Notes 4.x-based applicant tracking software - converting it to a fast, efficient and scalable Domino 5 web application.
- Extended Lotus Notes 5 applicant tracking/job management software to the web, enabling jobs to be automatically posted to company website and job posting sites, and resumes to be downloaded into the applicant tracking application.
